The Brick

The Brick Furniture offers a Good quality of furnitures, but it comes with a higher price tag. The furniture is well crafted and durable, reflecting the investment in its longevity. The customer service was satisfactory, nothing extraordinary, but the staff is friendly and helpful. If you’re willing to pay a bit more for quality, The Brick is a good choice.

We had a little hiccup with the sales team but the general sales manager Davey was able to promptly resolve the issue. We were very happy with how he went above and beyond for us in our time of need. The price was great, we were able to purchase an in stock unit, and it was delivered to our home. The delivery team was also top notch. Thank you Mitch! We couldn’t be happier with our washer/dryer purchase.

I have dealt with Amy :) at The Brick multiple times and she's one of the unique few who clearly has a passion for what they do and she always makes sure to help find me exactly what it is that I'm looking for. I've told my in laws and a few friends to deal with her when they've needed to get something for their homes. Even In a different city she was able to help me in finding a hide-a-bed that wasn't just a futon, and fit our smaller space. What we got is perfect and she let us know the whole time how long it would take, if there were hold ups etc. Definitely recommend !

If you need anything from the Brick, from furniture, to electronics, to appliances, Mitch McCormick is the man to go see. He is incredibly knowledgeable and if he doesn't have the answer, he will find someone who does. He is the most honest salesman I have ever met. He told us the truth about products and gave his honest opinion even if it meant he was not making as much commission. He was so amazing we went back to him 3 separate times because we knew that we would get the best product for our price point and he would be incredibly honest with us. He knew when our delivies came and always contacted us right after to make sure we got the best service possible and the product we received was exactly what we wanted. He even called a week after to see what we thought of the product and if we were satisfied and loved it. I am very impressed with this young man's work ethic, morals and values, and his actual care of his customers. Thanks Mitch for everything you have done for us. We will always come to you if we know it's something you have at The Brick!

-I visited the brick for the first time, but it definitely won't be the last! -Me and my husband decided to buy a new sofa set (triple, double and single) for our house and decided to take a look at the stock at The Brick. Walking in, the store is nicely decorated, and everything is easily displayed. Store representative Mitch McCormick walked us through the store to help find the right items that fit our needs. We settled for a sofa set and it was great! Quality is amazing, all parts of the set were comfortable and well-crafted. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for exceptional quality, a great staff, and a helpful delivery team! Thanks again Mitch!
